How much does it cost to be searchable in directory?

Nothing.$0.

How much does it cost to list special offers on the website and app?

No up front costs. HsvBlack.com retains an agreed upon commission off each offer sold on the website and sends the vendor’s portion to the vendor once service is rendered.

How do I know when to honor a customer’s purchase?

You and the Customer’s will have an automated confirmation sent by email. Your business will determine the total amount of units/vouchers available for purchase in order to make sure oversales do not occur.

How does a customer redeem their voucher?

The customer will bring in the digital voucher or printed voucher for proof of purchase. The business will then scan the QR CODE to ensure that the voucher is redeemed and not available for future use.

If I sell a $10 product/service on your site, how much will I receive?

$5

I don’t want to sell anything on the site. I want to give away free items. Can I do this?

Yes. The cost will be $0.25 – $0.50 per unit. (Ex: 100 Free Fountain drinks x $0.5 = $50)

When will I receive payment for products/service sold?

Funds will be deposited after the time services are rendered.

My business is not in Huntsville. Can I still promote and sell products on the website?

Yes. As long as you can “service” the Huntsville and surrounding area, then you can promote.

I want to change the special offer that I am running. Is this possible?

Yes. We will consistently update the site. Feel free to make changes.

I can't think of an offer or discount for my business that makes sense to run on the site, can you help me?

I don't own the business, however, I am a practitioner operating under another company. Can I promote myself?

FAQ’s for VENDORS:

Once I buy the product/service online, how will I redeem it?

Similar to voucher’s bought on Groupon, you will take the voucher to the place of business at the time you plan to utilize it. All vouchers will come with printed redemption instructions on the voucher.

Once I buy, can I get a refund on a voucher that hasn't been redeemed?

Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis. Email refund requests to info@hsvblack.com, however, in this case, the voucher must not have been redeemed.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the service/product?

In most cases, after the redemption of a voucher has happened, the business will be responsible handling any dissatisfied customers/clients. Please contact the business first, and if this isn’t resolved, then contact info@hsvblack.com.

Are there time limits to when I can use my voucher?

Yes. Each voucher will have an expiration date.

I bought a voucher and now I can not find the confirmation email and/or I lost the voucher. What should I do?

First check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If you still can’t find it or lost it, please email info@hsvblack.com and we will resend the voucher.

I have noticed that a business isn't displaying the proper address, phone number, hours of operation, website, etc. Who do I contact to let this be known?
